PICS
PICS (Planetary Nebulae in Cosmological Simulations) is a framework for modeling planetary nebulae (PNe) in single stellar populations, which can be used to infer the PN population in galaxies obtained from cosmological simulations or observations.
The model is presented in the paper by Valenzuela et al. (2025). A brief overview over the functionality of PICS and first application to simulated galaxies is given by Valenzuela et al. (2024) in the proceedings of the IAU Symposium 384 on PNe.Source Code
